What We Do
Marathon Realty Group is a vertically integrated company – we do everything in-house, from buying the property to developing it to managing it. That means we’re in charge of everything, from picking the location to making sure everything in the house runs properly.
Buying the Property
We look for people who want to sell their homes, particularly when those homes are located in neighborhoods we think our tenants would love to live in, with easy access to great schools and jobs.
The homes we’re looking for might be distressed, facing foreclosure or a short sale – but they’re in desirable locations, with a lot of potential as rental properties. For both us and the buyers, it’s a win-win. They’re able to sell their home, and we’re able to turn it into something the new tenants will really love.
Developing the Property
When we acquire a new home, we remodel it from top to bottom to make it the most attractive rental it can possibly be.
We add value in every way we can. This includes everything from adding Smart Home technology and other desirable amenities to adding new accessory dwelling units.
Managing the Property
Once the home is developed and ready to be leased, we provide the property management services needed to run it properly.
Our goal is create a stress-free rental experience for all our tenants, where they can feel safe and completely at home. This includes 24/7 emergency maintenance services.
